If you’re looking for something to do after you watch “The Office” this Thursday night, check out Camera Obscura at Bottletree.
The Scottish twee-pop band will be taking the stage on Thursday, Nov. 19.
The doors are at 8 p.m. with the show starting at 9 p.m., and the admission is $14 in advance, or $16 the day of the show.
Papercuts, an equally catchy hazy-pop band, are their openers.

Get into the holiday spirit early with Disney’s “A Christmas Carol,” starring Jim Carrey as the voice of infamous Ebenezer Scrooge.
The animated flick depicts the familiar story of Scrooge, who is visited by the ghosts of Christmas past, present, and future in order to urge him to get his act together.
The film is showing in both normal and Disney 3D digital versions at several theaters around town, including Rave Motion Pictures in Patton Creek and Carmike Summit 16.

The chilly weather calls for warmer food, right?
So fill your stomach with warm, delicious fondue dishes from The Melting Pot, located on Highway 280 East.
It’s a pretty upscale establishment, but it’s a great place to go for a date, since they are only open for dinner.
They feature four-course meals comprised of fine foods dipped in various sauces.
It’s a treat for everyone.
